About Amanda
My name is Amanda Howard, and I’m your dedicated Realtor, serving all of New Jersey from the mountains to the shores. Licensed since 2013 and a Broker since 2017, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients achieve their real estate goals for over a decade. With more than 90 successful transactions under my belt, I’m proud to say that you are in the best hands for whatever your real estate needs may be.
What motivates me most is my passion for everything home-related. Before becoming a real estate agent, I owned a cleaning service and worked as a union wallpaper hanger, giving me a unique perspective on the care and craftsmanship that goes into every property. This hands-on experience fuels my desire to help my clients make informed, confident decisions when buying or selling.
I specialize in all types of properties—single-family homes, multi-family units, and commercial properties—across New Jersey. Whether you're looking to find your dream home in the mountains or a beachfront property by the shore, I’m here to help guide you every step of the way.
What I enjoy most about my job is that I never see it as “work.” Real estate is my passion, and I thrive on partnering with clients to achieve their desired goals. I’m also an advocate for home staging, understanding the powerful impact it has on a property’s presentation and sale.
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me on a bike ride, hiking the beautiful New Jersey trails, or spending time with my dog. I’m also a proud dog mom and enjoy finding new ways to communicate and connect with others, even dabbling in sign language!
