About MaryAnn
MaryAnn Stack was raised in the Boston metropolitan area. She moved with her family to New Jersey in 1979, where she began a full-time real estate career serving families in Burlington and Camden counties. In 1983, she joined Fox & Lazo Realtors and remained with the company as they grew to become Prudential Fox & Roach Realtors, and now the prominent Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors. MaryAnn will be forever grateful to Mr. William "Bill" Fox Sr., CEO of Fox & Lazo, for providing her support and serving as her mentor. MaryAnn is in the top 1% of Philadelphia Magazine's FIVE STAR AGENTS, voted by consumers based on client satisfaction and has achieved numerous awards throughout her career including the Chairman's Circle Award, South Jersey Magazine Top Realtor, NJAR Distinguished Sales Club Member, and the BHHS Legend Award. She co-created and ran a Focus Group of the top real estate agents in the company to discuss the latest topics and trends, served as the Moorestown Rotary Club Membership Chair and was a Moorestown Rotarian from 2004- 2021. MaryAnn notably received an award from the National Alliance of Mental Illness (NAMI) Moorestown Chapter for her contribution to the organization. She earned the following professional designations to enhance her expertise and value she offers to her clients: Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) certification, Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
