In addition to my work in real estate sales, I serve as a public finance law assistant, supporting municipal finance and real estate-related transactions. Working closely with attorneys and transaction teams has strengthened my understanding of contracts, deal structure, compliance, and timelines — insight that helps me better protect and guide my clients throughout every stage of a transaction.

My professional foundation includes years of high-level hospitality experience at upscale dining and private social club environments. That background sharpened my client service standards, attention to detail, and ability to deliver a polished, responsive experience. I learned how to anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and operate with professionalism under pressure — skills I bring to every client relationship.

My path into real estate was intentional and research-driven. Long before becoming licensed, I spent years studying neighborhood trends, pricing patterns, and development activity across Philadelphia.
