About Laureen

My connection to the town of Brick & Point Pleasant spans an impressive 47 years, fostering a deep-rooted affection for thiese vibrant communities. From the pivotal years of second grade to the memorable moments of high school, I had the privilege of immersing myself in the very fabric of thiese towns that holds such a special place in my heart.

 

I’ve always had an entrepreneurial spirit, having owned a thriving salon in Manasquan and pizzerias in the Florida Keys, but it wasn’t until 2022 that I turned my interest in real estate into my career. I have my grandfather to thank for drawing me towards real estate. He was a seasoned real estate investor who bought and sold properties, ultimately leading our family to settle in New Jersey. It all started when he purchased a summer house on the water in Brick, and later, another beautiful property in Point Pleasant. 

 

Since obtaining my real estate license in 2022, I have been wholeheartedly committed to helping my clients navigate the dynamic and ever-changing real estate market. I’m proud to say that in my inaugural year as a REALTOR®, I was named Rookie of the Year for my region, having closed eight transactions in eight months in a market that was faced with challenges, from limited inventory to rising mortgage rates.

 

When I'm not working diligently to assist my clients, you can find me indulging in some of my favorite activities. I'm an avid reader, always seeking knowledge and inspiration. I also enjoy shopping, as it allows me to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the industry. Family is incredibly important to me, and I cherish the time I spend with my loved ones. You'll often find me at the beach, relishing in the tranquility and natural beauty, or taking early morning walks along the beach and boardwalk to witness breathtaking sunrises.
