With more than 37 years of experience and over $400 million in closed real estate transactions, Patrick Curran has dedicated his career to helping homeowners make sound decisions when buying and selling property across Southern Chester County PA, Southern Lancaster County PA, Cecil County MD, and New Castle County DE.

Having completed more than 2,000 transactions, Patrick understands that real estate is often the largest financial decision a person will make. His approach is straightforward, price strategically, communicate clearly, negotiate firmly, and protect his clients’ interests from start to finish.

Patrick began his career in 1989 with Century 21, quickly rising to become a top-producing agent and later the top agent in the Philadelphia Region within the brand. He went on to own and grow the Oxford, PA office into a dominant regional brokerage with a 26% market share before selling the company and returning to what he values most working directly with clients.

While his experience includes farms, land, development, commercial, and investment properties, his foundation has always been residential real estate.
