I have been privileged to enjoy a successful real estate career with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS® for 20 years now. My buyer and seller clients benefit from working with me for many reasons. I do not mince my words. I am genuine and matter-of-fact. I think of myself as a guidance counselor, putting my clients' best interests above all else. My clients appreciate my adaptability, creative marketing ideas, and strong negotiating skills. I have strategies for getting my buyers' offers accepted on a hot new listing with little time to spare, I anticipate my clients' needs before they have to ask, and I organize what needs to be accomplished in a moment's notice. I value working with people who are communicative, kind, and respectful of relationships and who desire an agent who is decisive, straightforward, and an active listener - someone who thinks outside the box and follows strong instincts that help my clients see things they may not yet realize. 

My knowledge of the neighborhoods near my office in Rittenhouse Square is vast.  I know the heartbeat of every street, every corner of our local market. I specialize in Society Hill, Washington Square, Rittenhouse Square, and Fitler Square and also the surrounding neighborhoods of Queen Village, Bella Vista, Art Museum/Fairmount, Northern Liberties, and Fishtown. I also have extensive knowledge of Chestnut Hill, the Main Line, and Montgomery County. I know the history of our ever evolving market that leads us to now, and I will share my thoughts on where we are going. I've lived in NYC, Los Angeles, Honolulu, Cape Town, and Havana, but Philadelphia is my hometown, and my enthusiasm for our great city is infectious.

I'm so proud to be a part of Fox & Roach, REALTORS®, a brokerage full of hard working, sincerely kind people. But did you know that I'm also an actor/writer/director for film, TV, and stage? I directed two award-winning documentary films, and created my original comedy sitcom, "Who u Kiddin?", in South Africa that aired on ABC TV. As a stand up comic I've performed all over the United States and South Africa.

I don't believe anything I enjoy is considered work. My life is varied and full, and I am passionate about life in all its forms. I enjoy traveling and spending time with 25 nephews and nieces and my family, and I'm very proud of my volunteer work. As a grateful recovery alcoholic with over 13 years of sobriety, I sponsor other men to get and stay sober and help them see their value. I also speak at rehabs and prisons to inspire others and give back what was so freely given to me.  

I am always available to my clients. I provide an outline of what to expect during our work together. I am open and authentic in my day-to-day life, and I respect each client's full humanity. I have overcome so much in my personal life, and these victories allow me to show more compassion and understanding when working with my clients.

I am the only person in the 52 year history of "The Price is Right" to get onstage and Win the Showcase not once - but twice. In 2000 and 2020 with Bob Barker and Drew Carey. What an amazing experience. I guess you could say I know prices.
