During a conversation with a coworker, the words "Hey know anyone who wants to buy a laundromat?" was all it took for Lisa to visualize having a direct connection to the community. She infused this established laundromat with fresh energy — from raffle prizes for customers, to displaying the work of local artists, to providing support for after school programs.

It didn't take long for Lisa to realize that she could combine her success as a business owner with the knowledge she gained as a homeowner and manager of rental properties and share this insight with folks looking for the same satisfaction. She therefore obtained her real estate license in 2003, giving her the ability to guide all people to the rewards of home ownership.
